How can I respond to rooms and apartments? In order to be able to respond, you must be logged in with both your registration number and password. If you click on the "Actueel aanbod" (Currently Available) list in the top right corner of your personal page, you will find both a list of available rooms and the means to respond, if desired. In order to be able to react to independent housing, you must be a SSH tenant with an unlimited contract.

I would like to move on to a two-roomed apartment within the complex I am now staying in. Are there any special requirements for this? When a two-roomed apartment becomes vacant, it is announced in the 'Currently Available' list. The advertisement for the relevant accommodation will always include the exact conditions that must be met. If you are moving from one apartment to another within the same complex, you have priority over prospective tenants from outside. If you are already in an independent apartment and move to another independent one, you lose your registration time with WoningNet.

When I log in, I see less available renting properties than there are on the site. How is this possible? All visitors to the site can view the complete 'Currently Available' list. However, if you have logged on to your personal page, you can only view what you are eligible to apply for. In order to get an independent apartment, you have to already be a tenant of the SSH and have an unlimited contract. So, if you do not meet these requirements, the relevant apartments will not appear in your page.
