If you have a repair request, you can report it to us. However, not all repair requests are equally pressing. We consider urgent repairs to be calamities such as fire, water and gas leaks; collective power cuts, blockages and burglary.

The quickest way to submit your request is via our Contact point for Repairs: (030) 25 25 700.

You can phone this number to report your repair request on workdays from 8.30 tot 17.00 hrs and on Friday till 12.30 hrs. 

In cases of emergency (urgent repairs) you can also ring this number after office hours.

Options menu

If you ring the number (030) 25 25 700 (Contact point for Repairs), you will hear a menu of options to choose from in order to indicate for which request you are calling. Options 1 to 3 will immediately connect you to the company we have hired to carry out the repairs. Je can make a appointmetn with this company right away.

1. central heating disorder: installation company Schreuder Ruitenbeek
2. sewerage blockage: plumber Bokhorst
3. broken glass/windows: glass repairs Van der Gun
   
4. other requests: you will be put through with a member of the Contact point for Repairs.

Make an appointment 

We  will try to make an immediate appointment for a two hourly space of time (e.g between 8.00 hrs and 10.00 hrs), so that you don't have to stay home all day.

And what else...

You can also use this form (in Dutch). A member of the technical services will contact you within one workday during office hours.

For glass or window damage you could also ring the glass repair firm 'van der Gun' directly. This firm  is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at:  0800 0 22 66 88.

If you have lost your house keys, you will have to ring a key specialist yourself, as it isn't considered a reason to ring Contact point for Repairs. You will have to pay the costs yourself.
