Moving Internally

If one of your house-mates moves out, you can move internally, i.e you can move to another room within the same floor or house, keeping the same front door. The person living at that address the longest has first choice. Moving internally is never a problem as long as your fellow house-mates and SSH are in agreement, with the proviso that you are not in arrears with the rent. When all house-mates involved have given their consent, the internal move becomes definite.
