Allocation via this website

The sections of our Letting Properties that are allocated via this site include 'De Uithof' and the smaller flats measuring up to 30 m2. They are intended for SSH tenants with a contract for an indefinite period of time. You need to have a WoningNet registration number in order to apply for this type of accommodation. However, we allocate the apartments based on your SSH registration number; it doesn't matter how long you've been registered at WoningNet.

All our other properties are allocated via the regional 'WoningNet' and are available for Response to anyone who has registered with 'WoningNet'. You will find available apartments via De Woonkrant or via the WoningNet website.
