SSH Utrecht is the student - housing company in the Utrecht area. Since 1956 we have been renting out, building and managing accommodation for students and special groups of young people in particular. At present we are renting out 9500 rooms and apartments.

We see our greatest challenge as the reduction of the time it takes to get a room in Utrecht. This means more building & buying, as well as more temporary management, plus the promotion of a more fluent flow of tenants through the system.  

Quality is also top of the list. We would like our tenants to always be able to look back on their student days in Utrecht with a smile of pleasure.

SSH Utrecht is one of the eight Student-Housing Companies that have worked together on a national scale within Kences - the Information Centre for Student-Housing.
