All the new tenants have to do is bring their personal belongings. Anything else you may need is there: bedding, pots and pans, kitchen equipment, fridge, washing-machine etc. All other provisions have also  been taken care of such as water, gas and electricity, Internet, and all required taxes and levies. The tenant pays an all-in price.
